The dossier honestly labels Command Uncertain and Very Low confidence, but the SEK 86.9m base simultaneously includes 1,500 m³ conditional rock excavation and a 900 m³ protected concrete structure derived from an assumed 500 m² / 5,382 ft². Without morphology evidence this can double count alternative branches. The precise base should be suppressed.
