The current dossier handles identity well and uses the focal 200 m² / 2,153 ft² rather than multiplying 64 sites. However, the SEK 41.25m base still derives concrete as 2 m³ per m² and omits explicit excavation, backfill, waterproofing and drainage. A half protection package is not a supplier-buildable scope.
